Refund policy
At Noize Sounds, our commitment is to deliver the highest quality products and ensure customer satisfaction above all else. That’s why we offer a 3-day money-back guarantee on every product we offer.
If you find that a pack or class doesn’t meet your expectations, simply reach out to us through our contact page with your order number and let us know why you’re dissatisfied. We’ll process your refund promptly.
We want our customers to trust in the value of our products. Rest assured, we stand behind the quality of our packs, ensuring they meet your needs and are worth every penny.
Please note:
- Refunds are NOT provided for accidental purchases or software incompatibility issues.
- Once a refund is issued, you forfeit the right to use any Noize Samples files in your productions.
- We reserve the right to deny refunds for fraudulent activity or misuse of our products.
- The 3-day refund window begins upon the purchase date, not when you download the files.
- Only one refund is permitted per customer within a 6-month period.
- Detailed reasons for refund requests are required.
- We will not be refunding orders of Ableton products if the product is not compatible with your version of Ableton unless we have not provided that information correctly on the product page. This includes: Ableton Instrument Racks, Ableton Processing Racks, and Ableton Project Files. It is your responsibility to ensure that the product you are purchasing is compatible with your version of Ableton or that you have the ability to update Ableton to meet the compatibility requirements of the product.
- We will not be refunding orders of Serum Preset products if the product is not compatible with your version of Serum, unless we have not provided that information correctly on the product page.
- If you are not satisfied with one of our Production Suites or Bundles and are requesting a return, we can offer one of the following:
- A full refund in site credit.
- A partial refund equivalent to the value of 1 sample pack returned to your credit card, debit card, or PayPal account. - Since bundles include multiple products, we cannot refund the full amount. We also will not offer a refund if the return is due to incompatibility between the included Ableton products and your version of Ableton.
- Only 1 refund every 6 months is permitted, except in extenuating circumstances. Please provide a detailed explanation if you are requesting an additional refund.
- Once your refund is issued, we ask that you delete the products and discontinue using them. While we cannot technically prevent continued use, we trust our customers to act in good faith.
